   We are currently accepting applications for the following positions for the 2008-09 school year:

   
 

 

   
 

Resource and Special Education Teacher:

   
 

·  Training and Experience in Special Education including testing and placement for Grades 1-8.
·  Experience in teaching Bible an asset.

Teaching applicants must possess the following: Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university Professional certification in the specified area of instruction. The ability to obtain a license to teach in Grand Cayman. Prior experience teaching in a multi-cultural setting.  A minimum of 3 years teaching experience.

Salary range is between $26,000-$32,000 CI and is determined by applicant’s education and experience and is based on full time employment.

   
 

Part-time Computer Teacher:

   
 

·  Ability to teach computer curriculum grades K-8.
·  Must be experienced with the Microsoft Network environment.
·  Must have ability to troubleshoot minor network problems.
·  Certification in A+ and Network+ preferred. 
·  Experience in teaching Bible an asset.

Administrative Assistant:

   

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include:
·  Assisting Principal and School Board Chairman with all correspondence. 
·  Handling employment records, documentation, immigration applications.
·  Experienced in Microsoft Excel, Publisher, Word, QuickBooks.
·  Creating and disseminating parent communications.  Record minutes at monthly school board meeting.
·  Minimum three years experience in a busy office.
·  Managing student records.
·  General secretarial duties.
·  Bursar duties.
